Make a shopping list before you go to the grocery store. Plan this field trip. always go food shopping after you’ve eaten, so hunger doesn’t dictate what you buy. Don’t buy anything impulsively. Don’t buy anything not on the list.

Move around a lot. Take advantage of opportunities to walk stairs, cross the room, etc. Make it a little difficult to get things so you have to get up and move. Keep the remote on the other side of the room. While sitting, bounce your knee up and down quietly and repeatedly. Switch knees and keep it going.
Work on your balance. When walking, slow down and lift each knee up high as you step for about 10-20 steps. Don’t do this if you already have a balance problem. If you want to perform this exercise but have concerns, walk with a couple of walking sticks. They maintain balance walking and lifting the knees. If you feel there is any risk at all, do not do this. This is a preventive measure.
As early in life as possible, create a habit of putting a smile on your face. Practice smiling when you are feeling happy, extending it to times when you are upset. This skill will stay with you as you age, making it easier to do. You will also acquire smile lines in your face. The alternative is frown lines. Or neutral lines, which tend to look like frown lines.
Aloe Vera gel is in the thick leaf of the aloe plant. It can be applied to the skin to treat burns, promote superficial wound healing, and reduce the size of keloid (a raised scar that forms after an injury or surgery). The results are best when the gel is removed directly from the leaf. Many find it more convenient to buy it in a bottle, and this gel is also effective. The Aloe plant grows well indoors, requiring little care.
